This policy covers every product sold by Zerothing.

One-time purchases

If a one-time purchase does not work for you, ask within 14 days of buying and we refund it in full. No questions asked.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time, from the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email or by emailing us. It stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and is not charged again.

If you ask within 14 days of a charge, we refund that charge for the current period.

How to ask for a refund

Email solemnissn@gmail.com with the order number from your receipt, or the email address you paid with.

Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, sends the refund to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days. Paid access to the product ends once the refund is made.
